Sneakers / running shoes for sprinting on Astroturf / astro turf?
Could someone tell me if it would be preferable use of running shoes or football coaches turf astro turf sprint? If you could tell me specific shoes / Lorraine who are good? (I am 13 years old)
Running shoes, hands down, as you're not down and back or side (side side) movements. Running shoes offer impact protection more than any other shoe.
